Gravity Take-up Trolley

The gravity take-up trolley for conveyors 0240-CVB-006 and 0240-CVB-007 operates on horizontal guided rails.

Both trolleys are identical, and each provided with two (2) fixed and two (2) floating wheels. The wheels are V
grooved with bushings.

Rail scrapers are provided to all the four wheels to push away any spill material on the rail that may affect trolley
movement. Anti-lift plates are provided at four locations to prevent trolley lifting during operation.

Locking pins are not required on this trolley to prevent movement during maintenance as the trolley rails are
horizontal.

Figure 26 below show the gravity take-up trolley for conveyor 0240-CVB-006 and 0240-CVB-007:
