and WordPress Tutorial – Dr. Diel – 2021

1. Go to the Scribd document upload page and click on “Select Documents to
Upload.” Select and upload your document. It may take a minute or two for
your document to load.

2. Enter a title and description, then click “Done.”

 3. In the window that appears, select “Embed.”

4. In the window that appears, click on “Wordpress,” then copy the code that
appears in the box.

 5. Go back to your WordPress page and click on the plus sign in the box to
create a new block. Note: The plus sign also may appear in a smaller, black
box.

6. At the bottom of the box that appears, click on “browse all,” then find the
“short code” widget and click on it.

 7. In the box that appears, paste the code you copied into the code box.

8. Your document will not be visible yet, but click on “Preview” at the top of
your page to see it.

 9. The preview window should now display your document:

10. Close the preview window (click “Close” at upper left of the screen) and then
click “Update.”
