Y The importance of applying the detoured zone and restricted! barricaded area before adequate distance from the workplace properly and implementation of appropriate road signs and barriers is erucial. ¥ The importance of adopting the Uniform Guidelines of the “Manual of Traffic Control Measures in the Work Areas ", issued by the Central Coordination Committee, (Atached copy) ¥- The contractor shal train his employees on the system of work permits and issuing cards (Issuer- Receiver) aczording to the instructions of the contractor's work permit system, ¥ Sufficient quantity of the Flagmen (with RED & GREEN flags) should be utilized at day time, and illuminated hard barricades with beacons must be used at the night period. ¥ Providing permissions from the local relevant authorities For those who have an activity on/ alongside road must comply with the "Manual of Traffic Control Measures in the Work Areas” and the “Excavation works Guidelines Manual” (attached).
