1. What is agility? Minimum of 50 words

Agility refers to the capacity to move and change the direction and posture of the body

swiftly and effectively while maintaining control. Agility involves rapid reflexes, coordination,

balance, quickness, and the ability to respond appropriately to changing circumstances. It also aids

performance in activities that necessitate quick direction changes while maintaining balance,

strength, speed, and body control. In many sports and physical activities, such as football, soccer,

basketball, hockey, volleyball, and rugby, it is considered as one  of the most important components

of fitness. A sport in which agility is required. You must react fast to the actions of the other players

and the ball.

2. What is balance? Minimum of 50 words

Balance is a term that health practitioners in a range of clinical specialties regularly use. The

capacity to keep an upright stance is referred to as balance. Balance is defined as an individual's

capacity to keep their center of gravity within a base of support by the term "postural stability."

Balance is important simply because it aids in the reduction of these dangers and the maintenance

of independence as people age.
