A) What activities improve flexibility? give at least 1 activity and why did you choose that
activity or exercises?
- Yoga, because stretching our muscles is how yoga techniques function. Yoga can assist us
in moving more freely and feeling less stiff and tired. I choose yoga because it has a lot of
benefits like it promotes hip hinge movement, improves flexibility, enhance strength,
promotes good posture and lastly yoga cam improves our heart, lymphatic system and
mental health.

B) Which do you prepare? PILATES OR YOGA and why?

- Yoga is my preferred kind of exercise because it focuses on both the mind and the body,
making it the most efficient way to battle stress and anxiety. Because this pandemic
causes me so much stress and anxiety, I prefer to do this workout instead of pilates, and
pilates is for losing weight, but my goal is to gain weight, therefore it's not for me. Yoga
may benefit me in achieving relaxation because it requires me to focus on how I breathe.

C) Why is flexibility so important while exercising?

- Flexibility is essential when exercising because it enhances our physical performance.
Reduce the risk of injury by allowing our joints to move through their entire range of
motion and allowing our muscles to perform at their best.

D) Can you get in shape by flexibility exercises?

- Yes, because flexibility entails stretching, and stretching can help us become more fit.
Stretching is a sort of exercise that can help us become more fit and nudge us in the
direction of a healthier lifestyle. In eccentric workouts, our muscles extend or function
eccentrically as we drop into a squat or raise the lay pull-down bar to begin. We stretch
the muscle while improving its strength and ability to operate as it lengthens and
improves our shape by slowing down the eccentric part of the activity.
