List down the benefits of being physically fit.

1. Having a healthy body – exercise could help us have a healthy body and have a better lifestyle

2. Reduce risk of diseases - when we exercise regularly our body will be healthy and this will keep us

away from different kind of diseases.

3. Having a stronger bone -

4. Lower the risk of falls – we could perform on our daily living properly and we could have the ability

to perform daily activities.

5. Increase the chance of living longer – being physically fit could help us reduce aging because it can

help us live a longer, healthier life since it can: Keep your bones, muscles, and joints healthy.

6. Improve mental health - regular physical activity can boost our self-esteem while also reducing

stress and anxiety.

7. Having a healthy heart - Heart muscle is strengthened by physical activity. Heart's ability to pump

blood into the lungs and throughout our body improves.  More blood rushes to the muscles as a

result, and blood oxygen levels rise.

8. Help control your weight - Physical activity aids weight management by allowing us to burn calories

that might otherwise be deposited as fat. Calories are found in almost all foods, and they are used in

everything we do, including sleeping, breathing, and digesting food.

9. Reduce stress - Endorphins are released when we exercise. Physical activity may aid in the creation

of endorphins, the brain's feel-good chemicals, so that being physically fit helps us reduce stress.

10. Enhance body image - The type of physical activity you feel comfortable doing and how much fun

you have can both be influenced by our body image. Physical activity can improve an individual's

body image and as well as their self-esteem like when people experience social support and find

enjoyment in the activity.
