organization.

development of soft skill of the students
e) Staffs are cooperative for smooth running of college.

students
Learning and Growth Perspective
a) Staffs are promoted time to time according to their seniority and
efficiency
b) For development and growth of staff, organization undertakes
training and development programme
c) There is a staff complaint web portal, where a staff can reach the
authority through compliant.
d) Employees turnover is least in this college
Internal Process Perspective
a) Work process is completely digitalized
b) Adequate budget is sanctioned for training and development of
faculties
