Hi, Yes, I started after my doctor’s recommendation to lose weight and stop
LOTE smoking. Do you do other classes?
   
I mainly do swimming classes. I think they are really good, I find them quite
English relaxing! I am considering joining other classes though.

English Going back to the classes though, do you think I would enjoy the yoga class?

 Probably, the class is very informal, there are usually around 12 people in it and

Well, we have to start somewhere! I started by quitting smoking, which totally
LOTE changed my life.
   
I’m so glad to hear that. Not only are cigarettes bad for your health but they are
English also extremely expensive.
