Philosophy Poem of a Leader Churvanessss

I am destined for greatness that rise beyond difficulties

Through mastery of skills and constant learning
I show my competence seen in different perspective

I use my wisdom fortified by an era of experience

With enriched mind I cultivate others’
To create sound decisions so the rest will further

I must exert multitude of efforts to achieve goals as a leader

But must never hesitate to make authority in use
Not from the loudest but the wisest
That is when you show your authority the greatest

My integrity is shown not only through my words

But the actions I do when no one looks
I will have courage to acknowledge that I’m at fault
Despite the consequences of being in the wrong

I broaden my capacity for diverse perspectives

I open my mind to different choices
I make sure to choose wisely and not narrowed
To I become a leader with the help of my comrades

I choose to lead through example

Learn from the mistakes I see in others
I’ll strive to create and maintain my reputation
That is ethical, humble, and victorious in nature

A leader is you, a leader is me.

A leader is someone who can believe.
