SUBJECT: New Fuel Pressure Regulator

MODELS AFFECTED: VGF F18/H24 G, GLD, GSID Engines

The purpose of this service bulletin is to inform the

field that Fisher has discontinued the S201 regulator
and that Waukesha will be using the Fisher CS800 as 1 2
a replacement on VGF inline engines where S201
regulators were previously used (see Figure 1). Fuel
regulators on these applications are a shipped loose
option. Fisher CS800 regulators have been included
with VGF inline engines shipped since August 2012.
Engines currently operating with the Fisher S201 may
continue to do so. Waukesha will continue to support
service of the Fisher S201 regulators by providing
service kits. A Fisher CS800 will be supplied as a
service replacement for the S201 regulators needing
to be replaced. Depending on the installation, slight
modifications to piping and brackets may be required. Figure 1: Fuel Pressure Regulator

FUEL PRESSURE ADJUSTMENTS 1 - Fisher S201

The outlet pressure of the Fisher CS800 regulators
has an adjustment range of 3-1/2 to 6 inch-H2O
