Trieste pet policies

▪Only (2) pets per apartment
▪Cats must be spayed/neutered.
Must be indoor at all times.
▪Dogs allowed only in building A-J
▪Exceptions are service animals/
companion animals.
▪Dogs-Breed restrictions-see office
for more details.
▪Dogs must be at least 6 months
old. 100lbs weight limit (recently
revised)
▪All Cats & Dog must be vaccinated
& licensed. Current License & Iden-
tification tags must be worn.
▪All pet owners must register their
cat/dog with the office. Pet rent &
Deposit apply per pet.
▪Owner must immediately clean up
after pets. Failure to do so, will
result in a $50.00 fine.
▪Pet may not disturb or disrupt the
quiet enjoyment of their neighbors.
▪Dogs must be walked on a leash at
all times.
▪Dogs may only be walked on
ground floors. $50.00 fine will be
assessed to those residents who
allow their dogs to eliminate on 2nd
& 3rd floors.

our community pest free.

together to have these items

The Trieste team is working
on a program to provide our
valued residents with a
trash pick up service. This
will be building specific on a
rotating monthly schedule,
where our team will pick up
your trash from your front
door.
