Step #1: Reserve your Facility Space

Step #2: Make arrangements for Set-Up & Special Needs


Once your facility reservation has been confirmed, please contact the necessary
individuals with detailed instructions for any special set-up needs you will have for the
event. Your initial contact with these individuals should be as early as possible. (see
the contact emails listed below).

Step #3: Ensure your Facility & Special Needs are all set prior to your event.
3-5 days prior to the event as well to ensure all of your requests will be covered.

as sound, lights, projector, podium.     
 
Custodial Set-Up ​Needs:

Please email Michael Lallier if you need tables, chairs, extra garbage cans, etc. 
 
Concessions​ Needs:

Please email Tina if you need access to the concession stand, coolers, concession supplies, etc. 
 
Food Service Area/ School Kitchen ​Needs:
