3. PRINTING:
f. Arranging of lots properly – one material on one pallet.

i. Records upkeeping and signatures of QC and Production.
j. Identification to waste bins and all accessories.
4. FOLDING:
k. Packing of folded material immediately in shipper boxes, otherwise provide
identification to the material status with stretch wrapping.
l. Handling of wastage properly in crates/bins with identification.
m. Clearance of leaflet boxes trays except running job boxes.
n. Proper storage of 2D machines and folding machine spare parts with
identification.
o. Identification to waste bins and all accessories.
p. Records upkeeping and signatures of QC and Production.
5. General:
q. Records upkeeping of sorting and packing cabins for all activities with signatures
of QC and Production.
r. Records upkeeping of shrink wrapping with signatures of QC and Production.
s. Identification to the finished goods lots.
t. Clearance of leaflet boxes crates at pathways of all areas and store them
designated cabin.
u. Identification to loose material and store them in cages.
v. Identification to the waste bins in general areas except machine areas.
w. Identification to the cabins with running job details.
x. Clearance of scrap/waste at all areas regularly
y. Raw materials storage, identification (Reels go down and Board go down)
