June 25, 2020 – 10:00AM, Barangay hall, F. Manalo, Brgy. Navarro, General Trias, Cavite

ISSUES AND CONCERNS RESPONSIBLE PERSON

1. The contractor shall inform the local Contractor
government and nearby residents when driving of
sheet piles is to be done to give them time to
prepare or vacate their properties if necessary.

2. The site location was pointed out by the local Kap. Juanito E. Torres
government, it is the place that needed the slope
protection most.

3. The local government assisted to where the Kap. Juanito E. Torres

detour access can be located and the contractor
was given permission to use the vacant lot as an
access.
4. Assisted the Contractor with regards to the Allan D. Yuro
construction methods and procedures.
