Each individual has his or her own intelligence and different experiences. Their
differences will affect the activities. In a positive aspect, the different intelligence can
make learners help each other. On the other hand, it may cause that the leaners with
lower level feel frustrated while doing a higher level of activity.
The different experience can make learners change their minds and have extensive
views, but it may make a conflict if learners cannot accept others’ views.
