By virtue of fiduciary trust of the undersigned, and in consideration of your acceptance of my offer, the undersigned
hereby give you the authority to negotiate the sale of the undersigned’s property in a mark up basis of the selling
price as hereinunder provided with following price, terms and conditions:
You are not authorized to receive payment on behalf of the undersigned from your buyers, nor bind the undersigned
by any contract without subsequent specific authority. You shall register with me your buyer in writing, through email
or text messages. This authority will expire with the termination of the period stated, unless extended by the
undersigned in writing.
This authority is limited only to the bringing of prospective buyer/s to the undersigned until such time that the
consideration of the subject property is fully paid by the buyer. Consequently, the services of the Real Estate Broker
does not include the transferring of the title from the owner to the buyer, unless otherwise availed of by the
undersigned or the buyer and accepted by the Real Estate Broker in a separate contract.
Should the sale be made or affected on modified terms or such other terms as may be accepted by the undersigned,
you are likewise credited for the said sale and shall be given the above mark up price based on the revised/agreed
price.
Notwithstanding the expiration of this authority to sell, you shall still be entitled to your full professional fee (mark up
price) provided that the name of the prospective buyer has been registered with the undersigned in writing during the
period of your authority.
The broker shall protect & hold the undersigned free from any claims, obligations from any brokers and agents
registered under his network.
