Miscellaneous Provision. For purposes-of penalizing acts of omissions not provided in this Ordinance, the present Market Code of Bacolod City will prevail. Provisions of the Market Code which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance shall apply with respect to other matters, including restrictions, penalties, etc. Section9. _‘Separability Clauise. It any provision of this ordinance shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid by any competent Court, provision hereof which is not affected, thereby shall continue to be full force and effect. | Section 19.
