Thank you for using VideoApp! Your trust is important to us and we’re committed to protecting the
privacy and security of your personal information. The information that’s shared with us helps us to
provide a great experience with VideoApp. We have a dedicated privacy team that’s committed to
protecting all the personal information we collect and help ensure that personal information is
handled properly.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, disclose,transfer, and store your personal
information with our mobile and web applications ("Applications" or "Apps"), in conjunction with your
access to and use of the VideoApp Platform and the Payment Services. This privacy policy describes
our privacy practices for all websites, platforms and services that link to it. Please read the privacy

If you see an undefined term in this Privacy Policy (such as “Listing” or “buyer” or “seller” or
“serviceprovider” or “VideoApp Platform”), it has the same definition as in our Terms of
Service (“Terms”).
2. We Collect Limited Information to Provide our Services
To provide an effective learning experience to the user, we need to collect, store, analyze, and report
data on performance and use of the Applications on VideoApp Platform. All information we collect is
handled in a secure manner.

3. We Track Application Installations

We work with partners and third parties (such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon, Clever,
Microsoft) to learn how user(s) find and use our Apps and for login. We track installations to
understand how we can introduce more user(s) to our Applications, and we strive to make sure that
our partners never use the user(s) personal information for any other purpose. We use Google
Analytics and Adwords to better understand the use of our Applications for you. We do not
combine this information with any personally identifiable information you may have submitted
when signing up to a newsletter for example. You can opt out of Google Analytics here :

your data. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf by providing written permission
signed by you.

We will need to confirm your identity before processing your request by asking you to log into your
existing account (if you are a registered user) or by asking you for additional information, such as a
government issued ID, to confirm your identity against information we have already collected.

If you are a registered VideoApp user under the age of 18, you may request (via
support@VideoApp.com) and obtain removal of content or information publicly posted on VideoApp.
Please note that removal does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of said content or
information from the Internet.

6. International Users
By accessing VideoApp or providing us data, you agree we may use and disclose data we collect as
described here or as communicated to you, transmit it outside your resident jurisdiction, and store it

7. How We Use Your Information

After you install or register with our Applications, we may ask you for certain personal information
(such as email address, name, ZIP code). We use this information to personalize user experience
and/or deliver products and services to you (such as newsletter, application updates, performance
reports).

We may collect your personal information (which is limited to the your name and gender), IP
address, browser and location information, username, password, performance, usage and any
other information necessary for us to provide our services. The children's personal information you
provide shall only be used for creating user account (which will allow you to receive progress
reports that include tracking performance and progress).

The personal information you provide is used for such purposes as answering questions, sending
product updates, and communicating with you about our products and services, including specials
and new features.

We commit to not collect, maintain, use or share student personal information beyond that needed
for authorized purposes, or as authorized by the you. We will not sell your personal information,
not use or disclose your information collected through an our service (whether personal
information or otherwise) for behavioral targeting of advertisements to you.

When you send us a support request you may provide us with certain personally identifiable
information such as user name, address, phone number or email address. We use this information
to provide support to you.
8. We Do Not Distribute Your Personal Information
We will only collect user personal information once you authorize us to do so. We will never sell, or
otherwise distribute any personal information we collect. We will store both personal and
aggregated information, such as account data using secure technologies.

9. Non Personal, Browser Cookies, and Device Information


For our iOS Applications, we may send push notifications if the user opts in to receive them.
Apple's push notification process automatically provides us with a token which is identified to
a specific device, enabling notifications to be sent to that device through Apple's push
notification service. The token is used only to send push notifications. The token is not
disclosed and is not used for any other purpose or combined with any other information.

We use web browser cookies to temporarily store information about you (such as used to log
in, to keep track of previous log in, to display website features available to you by
remembering your settings, to save time, for advertising to potential customers on other
websites, and to anonymously track website usage to help improve our services. You can
configure your browser to adjust your cookie preferences, however it will likely impact your
user experience.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy


This privacy policy was last updated on September 15, 2020. Our privacy policy may change
from time to time. If we make any material changes to our policies, we will notify you of the
changes through email, or through the Application, or through the educational
institution/agency, and if we make any minor changes to our policies, we will place a notice on
our website. In the event of a future sale of assets or a merger, we will provide notice before
personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
