    Process for issue of Leaving cum Migration certificate:

    You are required to submit following documents as


    mentioned below:

    1.Application to Registrar.
    2.Proof of Fee Payment of Rs.150l- (Migration fee
    payment option is availuble on the home puge of the
    Institute Website Fee Puyment> select branch as
    "Miscellaneous").
    3.Identity Card of the Institute (Original).
    4.Consolidated Grade Card (Photo Copy).
    5.Provisional OR Degree Certificate both side
    (Photo Copy).
    6.Admission Letter (Print out).

    Please note:

    In case you are addressing your application through mail then kindly
    fumish the documents as mentioned above to ar.acad@nitp.ac.in
    And send your Institute ID card through registered post to the address mentioned below:
