Dear Suzy,

It was lovely to get your email, I can't wait to see you meet. Meanwhile how are you? How are you
spending the weekend?

I spent it cooking a meal that amazed my family, you should have been there! I admit that it was not at all
simple but certainly better than the soup that mom always prepares, I cooked the egg pasta. I cooked this
dish because it seems to me very simple to cook, when in reality it was quite complicated especially in
correctly following the cooking times.

Once we sat down and started eating, everyone was surprised and everyone enjoyed my dish with
compliments. Just wanted to share this wonderful experience with you
