 Yabing Masalon Dulo

- known for her mastery of colorful ikat weaving and a revered teacher
and elder in her B’laan tribe wherein ikat is a style of weaving that uses
a resist dyeing process similar to tie-dye on either the warp or weft
before the threads are woven to create a pattern or design.

 Alonzo Saclag
- A Kalinga master of dance and the performing arts, he has made it his
mission to create and nurture a greater consciousness and
appreciation of Kalinga culture, among the Kalinga themselves and
beyond their borders.
 Masino Intaray
- A Filipino poet, bard artist, and musician who is a Palawan native
known for his performance of the local traditions
of basal, kulilal and bagit.
 Uwang Ahadas
- is a Yakan, a people to whom instrumental music is of much
significance, connected as it is with both the agricultural cycle and the
social realm.
 Eduardo Mutuc
- is the artist of many religious pieces of silver, bronze, and wood seen in
