 COMPARISON AND CONTRAST

Our teachers Miss Ros and Miss PatRimonio are similar in some ways, but they are also
different in their own ways.
They are different in their age. Miss Patrimonio is younger and Miss Ros is a little older. Our
teachers also have a different colored eyes and hair. Miss PatRimonio has brown eyes and hair
while Miss Ros has blue eyes and ash gray hair. Miss Patrimonio and Miss Ros also they to wear
different shoes. Miss Patrimonio loves to wear sneakers while Miss Ros wears high heels.
My teachers also have similarities. Both of them are beautiful and nice. They also went to the
same university.
 CAUSE AND EFFECT

There are several reasons why many of us choose our eating habits, and I will outline below
some on these reasons.
Those of us who watch a lot of television may attribute advertisements to our choice of snacks.
On the other hand, the generation who grew up with fresh produce probably favors fruits and
vegetables as a result. There are some of us who despite having access to fresh fruits and
vegetables still reach out to a salty snack late at night and this choice may be due to our
upbringing. As you can see, there are some of the reasons behind some of our eating habits
 PROBLEM AND SOLUTION

Obesity has become a major health issue today and this problem is aggravated by lack of
physical activity since we are in the longest lock down since COVID19 started.

In addition to healthier eating habits, one solution would make it easier for obese person is to
exercise on a daily basis. This could be done at home by doing household chores and helping
each other by reminding to exercise.
