Activity 2
There are steps that must be followed in order to complete a project. It may or may not be
effective, but we must follow the procedure for quality improvement, which is known as the
"Project life cycle." There are four key phases in a typical project: initiation, planning,
implementation, and closing. Each phase has its own set of duties to complete. I'll describe each
step-in terms of my understanding of its significance in the Project life cycle. Basically, Initiation
is where the project began, and this is where you may do a feasibility assessment and determine
whether the project is practical or whether you will continue with it. Following the approval of
the recommended solution, a project is launched to provide the solution, with a project manager
assigned to find a project team and begin the planning process. The planning phase, as well as
the processes required to achieve the project's goal, are further developed in as much depth as
possible. In this stage, the team identifies all the tasks that must be completed. The project plan is
put into effect during the third phase, implementation, and the project's work is done.
Maintaining control and communicating as needed is essential throughout implementation. In
addition, progress is monitored on a regular basis, and any necessary changes are made and
recorded as variations from the original plan. If all of the deliverables have been finished and the
client has authorized the final solution, the project can be concluded. Finally, the final closure, or
completion phase, focuses on providing final deliverables to consumers, handing over
appropriate documentation to the firm, ending contractual agreements, releasing project
resources, and informing all stakeholders of the project's conclusion. The last step is to conduct
lessons-learned analysis and determine what worked and what didn't. So far, this is what I've
learned and understood when reading through this topic, and I'm hoping to learn more during the
discussion.
