through chapters) shall be considered as ON-SITE registration.
2. Bring your original receipt for verification purposes when you register during the convention.
3. For those paying through the bank (Union Bank Pasig Branch, in favor of Philippine College of
Physicians), please use "BILLS PAYMENT FORM", please use your PRC number for reference. Kindly
submit original validated bills payment form together with your registration form to PCP Office and
verify receipt for proper posting.
