I am Errol Lobos Ostan, 30 years of age. Filipino, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in
Political Science and currently a Secondary School Teacher in Malobago Pagsang-an National
High School, San Roque, Northern Samar. I had passed the Licensure Examination for
Teacher on 4th Day of November 2014 obtaining a general rating of 78, conducted in
University of the East, Sampaloc Manila. And I am applying for Fire Officer 1.

I do believe that I possess the essential education, skills and experiences that your prestigious
Bureau of Fire Protection needs in every applicant for FIRE OFFICER 1 to be able to
effectively serve the interest of the community and promote the general welfare of the society.
