Speaking and Frosty. S-S Notebooks Play
The pupils use the character puppets
(Alvin and Frosty) and act out the short
exchanges.
Teacher checks round the class,
providing any necessary help.
E.g A: “Do you like milk, Frosty?”
B: “Yes. Yummy!”
A: “Do you like apples, Frosty?”
B: “Yes. Yummy!”
A: “Do you like ice cream, Frosty?”
B: “Yes. Yummy!” A:
A: “Do you like biscuits, Frosty?”
B: “Yes. Yummy!”
A: “Do you like tea, Frosty?”
B: “No. Yuk!”
A: “Do you like eggs, Frosty?”
B: “No. Yuk!”
A: “Do you like pizza, Frosty?”
B: “No. Yuk!”
A: “Do you like bananas, Frosty?”

7. Post- 8’ Teacher tells the pupils they are going to Round pieces T-Ss
Speaking make a funny pizza. of paper
Teacher gives each pupil a round piece Coloured Ss-T
of paper. pencils
Teacher tells them to make their own Whole
pizza by drawing the food items they class
know in English.
Pupils draw and colour the food items on
the pizza.
