Ola SB Member-OB Manila Resolution No.20-2017 A RESOLUTION ENDORSING AND SUPPORTING THE REQUEST OF BARANGAY MALAYAK RESOLUTION NO. 01-2017 REGARDING THE CONVERSION OF THEIR BARANGAY ROAD INTO PROVINCIAL ROAD Authored by Hon. Jose Nery! L. Manggol Chairman, Committee on Public Works WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay Malayak Resolution No. 01-2017 is requesting for the conversion of their Barangay Road into Provincial Road. WHEREAS, this barangay does not have enough fund for the upgrading, improvement and rehabilitation of their Barangay Road; WHEREAS, the National Government thru the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) has allocated fund to our Provincial Government of Marinduque for the implementation of KALSADA program; WHEREAS, the Provincial Government identified this Barangay Road as a recipient of KALSADA program; WHEREAS, the “Konkreto at Ayos na Lansangan ang Daan Tungo sa Pangkalahatang Kaunlaran’ or KALSADA program aims to help Local Government Units (LGU's) in progressively improving local road conditions by providing technical and capacity development assistance to provide through training, mentoring and coaching on local road management as well as finding for road upgrading, improvement and rehabilitation; NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to indorse and support the request of Sangguniang Barangay Malayak Resolution No. 1-2017 regarding the conversion of their Barangay Road into Provincial Road.P. 2 0f 2, R-20-2017 RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished Barangay Malayak who made the request for the conversion of Bray. Road to Provincial Road, Ms. Rizalie Semilla-(MLGOO), DILG- Mogpog, the Provincial Government through Hon. Governor Carmencita O. Reyes, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and Hon. Augusto Leo M.
