AFFIDAVIT

I, ZENAIDA R. SAMONTE, legal age, Filipino, widow, and resident of S.

Bacerdo St., Brgy. 1, Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines, after having been sworn
in accordance with law, hereby deposes and says that:

1. I am the true and absolute owner of a certain parcel of land which is more
particularly described as follows:

“A portion of a parcel of land covered by ARP NO. 001-

0720 ( Cad 1038 – D) situated in S. Bacerdo St., Brgy. 1, Daet,
Camarines Norte, which portion is described and being bounded
as follows: on the S. 72° 49’ E; 17.71 m.; S 19° 28’ E; 2.28 m.
and N. 85° 03’ W; 19.49 m. Such portion contains an area of
SEVENTY THREE SQUARE METERS( 73 sq. m.)”. As the
owner of the above-described property, I possess an Original
Certificate Title with OCT No. P-272 being issued by the Registry of
Deeds of the Province of Camarines Norte;

2. That the property mentioned above is not a conjugal property. I acquired the
same from my parents;

3. I am executing this Affidavit to manifest my mode of acquisition / ownership over

the subject property and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
