Since the Joint Circular No. 3 provides that itis the NEA who shall undertake the relocation of the electric poles for those projects enumerated under Annex A of the said circular, questions may be faised relative thereto, especially those electric cooperatives who had already started to relocate the poles or those who had already completed the relocation. In view of this, may we invite you or any official of yours, knowledgeable with the said subject in'a meeting to be held on September 16, 2021, 10:00 am via zoom. The agenda of the said meeting is hereto attached.
