1. Most products we use every day involve organic chemistry. Studies however, have shown
that too much use of these products can cause different diseases. How can you convince
your family to lessen the use of these products?
Answer:

From what I have learned, five states of matter exist in our world. The first one is solid.
Solid has its molecules compressed, which gives it its shape. The second one is liquid. The
molecules of a liquid are moving and sliding around and past each other. It gives it the ability to
take the shape of the container it is in. It is easier to compress compared to solid. The third one is
gas. Gas molecules are spread out and collide in a random motion without any attraction. It
makes gas easier to compress than solid and liquid. It can also escape if it is in a container. The
fourth one is plasma. Plasma has molecules that are excited as they carry electrical charges. It is
also very similar to gas, as plasma molecules are free to move. The last state of matter is the
Bose-Einstein condensate. The molecules of this matter are indistinguishable as they have
existing qualities existing in the same place. Bose-Einstein condensate can turn into either gas or
plasma and is a bit complicated than the other four states of matter.
