Owners and operators of
The REM401 I/O card, mounted in the Propulsion Control Unit AT2000 remote control system
cabinet for the AT2000 remote control system, has been
discontinued. This means that it is no longer possible to service or
replace the REM401 I/O cards in the cabinet. To prevent any
discomfort for you in relation to breakdowns or bad performance
from the REM401, we recommend you to take action now and order
our upgrade package.

The upgrade package consists of a new I/O card called BXM2200

that will replace the former REM401 I/O card. Unfortunately, this is
not a plug-and-play solution, so we also need to change the CPU
module. Besides the CPU and the new BXM2200 I/O card, we also
make sure that the connections are working properly. In conclusion,
we also make sure the software is adapted for your specific
propulsion plant.

Installing the new REM401 upgrade package requires a

superintendent with expert knowledge of the AT2000 system. So, if
you have any maintenance planed in the near future, it would be
preferable to order the REM401 upgrade package and get the super-
intendent to install this when already onboard.
