Dear President Putin,

My name's Dewi Ratna Wulandari and I am a student from brawijaya university. I have watched
your video on BBC News about your opinions about greta thunberg's UN speech on climate
change and I agree with you if solar system is too expensive for the African and I think
bioethanol is more suitable to be applied.

As we know that,  The operational costs of production and installation bioethanol are relatively
low, but the benefits derived from this type of biofuel business are quite large. Because it is low
tech, bioethanol can be produced by anyone and anywhere, as long as there is easy access to raw
materials. Most countries in Asia and Africa are agrarian countries which is famous for its main
results such as  fruits, corn, beans, yams, rice, oats, and cotton. Bioethanol is made by biomass
fermentation techniques such as tubers, corn or sugar cane. Bioethanol can be used directly or
indirectly as a fuel to replace petroleum as the current energy source.
