I chose the session or Paper discussion entitled Sustainability of Food Panda:

What Website Quality and Perceived Value have to do with it. The group talked about the
effects and relationship of website quality and perceived value to sustainability of Food
Panda while being moderated by customer satisfaction. I think that this research or study
is relevant and is timely as there has been a rise in food deliveries in our country or in the
whole world due to COVID-19. With that, the utilization of mobile phones and assessing
everything on the internet is essential in our time. The researchers used an online survey
questionnaire as a means of collecting data from respondents in Paranaque City who are
Foo Panda customers or users of the Food Panda website or application. Website quality
plays an essential factor when it comes to acquiring customers and improving their
performance or service. The researchers concluded that website quality and perceived
value have significant positive relationships and effects on the sustainability of Food
Panda while being moderated by customer satisfaction. This study will be a big help to
Food Panda company for them to improve their service so they can serve their customers
better. In the session, the researchers recommended some ways on how Food Panda
can enhance the quality of their website. One is to improve information quality by
providing complete and accurate product information. This will help their customers have
an easier time getting to know their services and products offered. The second is to
improve website design by categorizing offers, adding real-time delivery tracking, and
accessing reviews and feedback. This will help people have better access to tracking the
delivery. Lastly is to ensure privacy and security by sending one-time pins and
incorporating a tipping system to help their customer feel safe when ordering through
Food Panda. Meanwhile, they also gave recommendations for perceived value, such as
adding reliable customer services and inviting more partner merchants will aid and
maximize customer experience and satisfaction. Personally, companies are thriving in
these days as COID-19 took a toll on every single people. It was not easy to establish
and maintain customer relationships. So having a website will help them improve their
services and at the same time connect with their customers through feedbacks and
reviews or customer service. These kinds of studies are essential as this will help Food
Panda be more competitive than Grab Food in the market. They could also maximize the
use of social media platforms to promote and connect to their customers since most
Filipino citizens are active in such. As a customer of this company, I agree with what the
researchers recommended. The more that I get to be more satisfied with their service,
the more likely I would like to order here than Grab Food.
