Shifting of Process Filter In Margarine Dept.

Details as Below:
1. Removal of Duplex Process Filter Attached with Day tank transfer line.
2. Welding and fabrication of Bag filter+ Additional process filter attachment with day tank
transfer line.
3. Modification and re-sizing of jacketed line of day tank transfer line.
4. Most of lines for bag filter circuit, jacketed lines developed.
5. Welding of sockets for water circulation points to be used for cleaning of Pasteurizer
cooling section.
6. Welding and fabrication of lines for Installation of Duplex Process Filter attached with
Emulsion Pump.
7. Supporting of Duplex filter Fabrication and welding.
8. Jacketed lines fabrication for duplex filter + points for IN/OUT pressure gauge
installation.

All jobs tested and plant running smoothly and satisfactory.
