Filipino Value

HOSPITABLE

Being hospitable to every guest that visits our house was what my father taught
me to be. Every time that there are persons who will visit our house, especially some of
my beloved friends, my father always prepare foods for them or make them feel
comfortable. My father taught me many values that make my life more meaningful, and
I’m proudly agreed that being hospitable was the best value he taught me. This value is
so important for me and to my family, because it give us the chance to be more close
to some people. It is our way to show our love for others, how to take good care of
them when they are with us, how to respect them accordingly, and on how we will
comfortably interact with them. It is also a way of helping others like for example, we
offer other people to sleep in our house when late night comes. We, being hospitable
are like we are being generous with other people and strong ties with them become
stronger.
