The first individual residence in India to register for a 5 star TERI GRIHA rating,
and is also the first project for TERI SVAGRIHA.
His role included preparing construction drawings, electrical and plumbing
drawings, elevations, sections, interiors drawings and details, landscape design
and detailing, site co-ordination. Documentation and meeting with clients.

Academic Projects
Studio | The Voyage | Singapore
Worked on Design of a 120,000sqm Green Mark Platinum rated Mixed-Use
commercial project in Jurong east. The building form was derived through the
wind simulation, solar shading, daylighting and glare analysis to achieve desired
Indoor Environment Quality and reduce cooling load of the building. Overall 38%
of energy saving was achieved using Passive and Active design strategies such as
Venturi effect and wind paths to provide good natural ventilation Elevated Space
temperature with fans coupled with DOAS.
Micro climate Design | Urban Heat Island and Mitigation
Study of Urban Heat Island effect on the proposed Marina New Financial
District. The scope included the Microclimatic study of the proposed area to
find out the Mean Radiant Temperature, Max and Min Air temperature, day and
night time UHI using simulation tools like Envimet (Mean Radiant Temp) STEVE
tool (air temp) Ansys (CFD), Rayman (PET).

International Tropical Architecture Design Competition, Singapore
Sep-2013
Received 2nd prize for the ITAD competition 2013, awarded jointly by Building
and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) and
Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC). A design competition with a focus
on tropical green architecture and sustainable building design solutions.
Thermal Comfort Design Competition for cool roofs, Indore
Feb-2014
Shortlisted among the finalists. A competition for the Design and Demonstration
of cool roof design techniques for EWS housing in Surat and Indore City of India.
Organized by TARU Leading Edge, Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience
Network (ACCCRN).
