GENERAL OBJECTIVE : To provide the students with the basic knowledge


on the law and principles governing Sales particularly Article 1458 to 1637 of the Civil Code
of the Philippines and other related laws and jurisprudence. The course also aims to orient
the students in the proper interpretation of the legal provisions and to show their practical
application in specific situations including actual cases decided by the Supreme Court.
