The examples shown are just a few cycles you can practice.
Try minor third cycles (C, Eb, F#, A),
and/or combine them (C, Eb, F#, A, Bb, Db, E, G, Ab, B, D, F, F#, etc..).
Try major third cycles (C, E, Ab), and/or combine them (C, E, Ab, G, B, Eb, D, F#, A#, A, C#, F, E, etc..).
Try Tritone cycles (C, F#). Tritone cycles are dyads (coupled tones) that can be combined in all of the
above ways (semitone, major second, minor third, major third, perfect fourth, perfect fifth, etc..).
All exercises have been shown in root position triads. This means they are positioned root, third, fifth.
Experiment with inversions.
