Prevention of Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism, all Spanish financial entities are
bound by law to carry out continuous monitoring of their business relationships with their
customers.

has not been supplied, or in the event that the documentation that has been sent does not
enable us to comply with the aforementioned mandatory obligations; and always acting in strict
observance and compliance with the principle of good faith, restrictions wllbe applied to the
deposits in your accounts.

Financial entities are obliged to comply with the
applicable law on the Prevention of Money
Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism, specifically with Law 10/2010 of 28 April and Royal
Decree 304/2014. The fulfilment of these obligations entails the continuous monitoring of the
business relationships we have with our customers, and the updating of the information we are
requesting from you forms part of this process.

2. Which form should I fill in and sign?


The form you must complete and sign is the one called "Form to be submitted" that we have
enclosed. You must sign the space reserved to include the date and your signature at the end of
the document.

3. What should I do lfl don't do any of the activitles listed on the form?
In this case, we'd be grateful if you contact us using the free customer service number that we
have made available to you on: + 34 963 085 000, so we can tell you the next steps.

4. Whatshould I do if my operational use changes at some time after submitting the form?
Answer theform according to your current operational use. If you plan to have a different
operational use in the short term, contact our free customer service line on +34 963 085 000
and we will tell you how to proceed.

5. How can I send the documentation?


Preferably, and for your convenience, you can send it to us in digital format to the following email
address: documentacion DDC@bancsabadell.com.
f you are unable to send the documents by e-mail, you have a self-addressed envelope that we
have enclosed with this notification. You can put a copy of the documents in this envelope and
post it to us. It is a postage paid envelope, so it will not cost you anything
If you do not have an e-mail address or a self-addressed envelope, please go to any of our
branches, where our staff will process the documentation for you.

6. What are the consequences of not providing the requested documentation?


In such a case, we will be obliged to restrict the operation of your accounts, not allowing any
income to be deposited.
If the lack of documentation persists, we will unfortunately be obliged to begin the process of
terminating your business relationship with our entity.
