Tagburos, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, here in after called the Vendor of the motor
vehicle described as follows:

I hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in a manner absolute for and consideration
of the sum of Five thousand pesos (5,000.00) Philippine Currency, to me in hand
paid by Houdini A. Delos Reyes, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. Tiniguiban,
Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, do by these presents hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER
AND CONVEY unto said by Houdini Delos Reyes his heirs, successors, and assigns
the above described motor vehicle hence forth full ownership and peaceful possession
shall now pertain to the vendee.

That I warrant valid ownership and possession, and I will defend the rights of the
vendee against claims of third persons whatever.

That I hereby warrant unto said vendee ownership over the above described motor
vehicle, free from liens and encumbrance in favor of any person or entity.
