"RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY"

This chapter concentrates on the discussion of the research method and specially produres adhered to
by the researcher in order to answer systematically the specific problem posed for investigation.
Specially the research method, sources of data and the participants of the study.

"RESEARCH METHOD AND TECHNIQUE USED"

This study used Descriptive method of research. Descriptive research is used to describe characteristics
of a population or phenomenon being studied. It does not answer questions about how/when/why the
characteristics occurred. A descriptive research design can use a wide variety of research methods to
investigate one or more variables. Unlike in experimental research, the researcher does not control or
manipulate any of the variables, but only observes and measures them. This is the method used because
the proposal is the chosen topic which says how important the construction of MODULAR EVACUATION
EMERGENCY FACILITY made only recyclable materials. This study was conducted to determine whether
it is feasible to have a modular evacuation emergency facility in the dasmariñas area, And what good
effect it will have when it is implemented. In ongoing research has shown that there is no evacuation
emergency facility in Dasma yet. This study also analyzed the number of people in dasmariñas to
determine if there will be enough evacuation emergency facilities to be built in case of tragedy. When it
comes to the possible use of recyclable materials in the construction of a modular evacuation
emergency facility, it has been found that cork can be used, for extensive experiments involving water,
fire, and degradation resistance tests. Cork is strong and durable, making it ideal as a building material,
and also plastic for facade design it is Durable, flexible, strong, and with a relatively low production cost,
this technology can also create a substitute for natural resources, and lastly the glass for a perfect
alternative to concrete, both in terms of robustness and in terms of cost.
