fuel sensor (KELLER 4 to 20mA) configuration in DSE7320 with resistance Input 

Additional required Items 

100Ω resistor  = 1 unit 

50Ω resistor  = 1 unit 

Installation 

 50Ω resistor is connected parallel with sensor common ground to analog input C. 
 100Ω resistor is connected series with fuel sensor output cable and connected to analog input C. 
 Sensor black cable to +ve 12V 
 Sensor red cable to controller analog input

 Setting the Graph in DSE7320 configuration 

 Connect the computer to DSE controller using USB cable 
 Open the DSE configuration Suit 
 Click “Read Configuration from a module” 
 Click “Inputs” 
 Click “Fuel level” 
 Click “Edit” 
 Set the percent points as below 

      64Ω = 0% 

      80Ω = 10% 

      96Ω = 75% 

      112Ω =130% 

      128Ω = 150% 

 Click “Save”
