1. How does population dynamics affect the conservation of species?

Cultural variables can likewise assume a part in what population elements can affect the climate.
As specific illustrations, social contrasts regarding utilization examples and mentalities toward untamed
life and preservation are probably going to influence how populaces interface with the climate. Just like
what’s happening in the country for the past few days, typhoons and floods occur because of the
deforestation that has been all over for the past decades. Those are just example of big factors that can
affect people, animals, and surroundings if we do not take care of the environment.

2. How is dissolved oxygen demand (BOD) measured?

BOD measurement requires taking two samples at each site. One is tested immediately for
dissolved oxygen, and the second is incubated in the dark at 20 C for 5 days and then tested for the
amount of dissolved oxygen remaining.

3. What are the physical components of an ecosystem?

It comprises of two significant parts, biotic or living segments and nonbiotic or nonliving
segments. Biotic segments incorporate plants, creatures, decomposers. Nonliving segments incorporate
air, water, land.

4. What are the 5 steps of the carbon cycle?

Photosynthesis, Decomposition, Respiration and Combustion.

To elaborate with: First is Entry of Carbon into the Atmosphere. Next is Carbon Dioxide Absorption By
Producers. Third is Passing of the Carbon Compounds in the Food Chain. Lastly, Return of the Carbon To
the Atmosphere.

5. What are the 4 steps of the phosphorus cycle?

 Weathering
 Absorption by Plants
 Absorption by Animals
 Return to the Environment through Decomposition
