TERMS AND CONDITIONS - RESTAURANT BOOKINGS

1. Restaurant bookings are made subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Restaurant. Refunds will only be available if agreed by the
restaurant.
2. Please check your booking before placing the order and please check your confirmation on receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
3. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive at the restaurant on the date and time as booked.
4. The restaurant management reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the
safety of the patrons.
5. The restaurant does not guarantee to take customers who arrive after the booked time and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.
6. Unless notification of your order is received from West End Theatre Bookings no booking is confirmed.
7. Restaurant bookings are sold subject to the management’s right to alter the menu. West End Theatre Bookings cannot be held responsible
for any errors or omissions on this site.
8. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy, or smoking may only be permissible in designated areas.
9. The Restaurant and West End Theatre Bookings Ltd. accept no responsibility for any personal property.
10. Any complaints about meal or service should be made to the restaurant management promptly either before or during the meal. West End
Theatre Bookings cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness caused at or by the restaurant.
11. The acceptance of this order is not a guarantee of availability. If we are unable to fulfill your request you will be notified at the earliest
possible opportunity and an alternative may be offered.
14. West End Theatre Bookings will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of confirmations due to circumstances beyond its control. It
is the responsibility of the customer to contact West End Theatre Bookings in the event of non-delivery. West End Theatre Bookings will not be
responsible for data communications failure or malfunction.
15. All credit card orders carry an additional handling charge as determined by West End Theatre Bookings.
16. In the event of the booking being cancelled by the customer the following charges of the total booking cost apply;
Outside 28 days - 10% of costs
1-28 days before - 20% of costs
Arrival date or later – no refund
