NOTICE

MEETING RELATING TO REOPENING OF THE UNIVERSITY

Vide Order No. 704/C.C./2021/38, Bhopal, dated 09 September 2021, by the

Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh, all the
colleges and universities of the state are to reopen from 15 September 2021 for
the academic year 2021-22. To discuss the guidelines in order to prepare the
University for reopening, a meeting is being convened in the Academic Block-I
(Classroom No. 1) on Monday i.e. 13 September 2021 at 03:00 PM.

All the respected Deans, Faculty Members, SBA Office Bearers, Administrative
Staff – Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Finance Officer,
Engineers, Chief Warden & Hostel Wardens, Superintendents, members of IT
Committee, Mess In-Charge, Supervisors and the PA to the Vice-Chancellor shall
be present for the meeting in the Academic Block-I at the specified timing.

The meeting shall be conducted under the guidance of the Hon’ble Vice-
Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) V. Vijayakumar.
