COMMISSION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and executed this _____ day of _______________, in the
____________________________, Philippines, by and between:

__________________________, of legal, Filipino, single/married/ widower/widow, and

resident of _____________________________, hereinafter known as the “OWNER”;
-and-
_____________________________, of legal age, Filipino, single/married, and residents
of _____________________________, hereinafter known as the “AGENT”

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Owner is the owner in fee simple of a parcel of land situated in the
__________________________, described as follows:

It is hereby understood and agreed that a commission of ____________is payable by the

OWNER to the AGENT in consideration of the AGENT’S efforts and cooperation in
assisting with the sale of the property

It is hereby further agreed that payment of the commission shall be made on a LUMP
SUM basis once the property is being sold.

This AGREEMENT only becomes effective upon the Memorandum of Agreement

becoming effective.

If due to any reasons whatsoever, the Memorandum of Agreement does not become
effective, or is cancelled and/or rescinded by the BUYER/SELLER due to whatever
reason; the OWNER shall be immediately released and discharged from its obligation to
pay any unpaid installment or installments of the Commission. In the event hereof, this
AGREEMENT shall be henceforth deemed to be null and void and of no further effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this __________day
