ABSTRACT

In the Philippines most of the public vehicle especially

jeepney and tricycle emits harmful chemical such as carbon
dioxide which can destroy the ozone layer, and Sulphur
dioxide that can destroy our respiratory system or our
environment which need to be lessen for the safety of us
some suffer from disease causes by the pollution.With this
dilemma we as the researchers find alternative way of
reducing carbon dioxide coming from smoke that emitted by
muffler and it’s a activated carbon and fiber glass which is
really lessen the carbon dioxide after using in muffler of
motor , a great potentials of helping the environment and
diseases in our health.Hence it’s suggests that futher study of
air filter of fiber glas and activated carbon must be initiated

In our modernization,the periods of industrial revolution , that change the

world the used of coal as an energy, gasoline that emitted carbon or harmful
gases in the health of us. Here in Valenzuela,Phillipines have a lots of vehicle
and one problem tha facing is the air pollution

Air pollution exposure is associated with an increased risk of acute and

chronic cardiovascular mortality. Recent observations have implicated fine
particulate matter (PM2.5) as one of the most important pollutants.
Inhalation of PM2.5 causes acute pulmonary inflammation and oxidative
stress. The subsequent generation of a systemic inflammatory response could
link air pollution exposure with the development of cardiovascular disease.
