 Chú ý các thì khác nhau trong bài viết:

Cấu trúc Dạng Map:

 Introduction: paraphrase câu hỏi đề bài
 Overview: miêu tả những sự thay đổi chính trong 2 biểu đồ, như là thay đổi về: lượng
dân cư (Is the map more or less residential?), lượng cây ít đi hay nhiều đi (Are there
more or less trees?), cơ sở hạ tầng (Were there any major improvements in
infrastructure? How have the buildings and leisure facilities changed?)
 Body 1: nêu những thay đổi đã xảy ra (sử dụng 3-4 câu)
 Body 2: nêu những thay đổi đã xảy ra (sử dụng 3-4 câu)
Những từ biểu đạt:
1) Từ mô tả vị trí:
* Sử dụng từ chỉ hướng (HS nên viết 4 hướng ra giấy nháp)

To the north/south/west/east of….
Ví dụ:
The forest to the south of the river was cut down.
A golf course was constructed to the north of the airport.
The houses in the south-west of the town were demolished.
The green fields to the north-west of the city were redeveloped as a park.
The airport in the centre of the city was relocated to the north-east of the river.
The school to the south-east was knocked down and a new one built to the east of
the forest.

 a) Miêu tả sự thay đổi chung (general changes)

 The town witnessed dramatic changes.

 The town changed considerably over the 30-year period.
 During the 10 year period, the industrial area was totally transformed.

b) Miêu tả sự thay đổi cụ thể (specific changes)

S + [location] + was/were + Ved3 + [time]

 The forest to the West of the park was completely cleared over the time period.
