AFFIDAVIT

We, MA. POPS BALILI ONG, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a
resident of Ecoverde Homes, Block 4 Lot 14, Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City and
MERICHRIS AGEAS LOPECILLO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a
resident of Block 3 Lot 16 Melecia Homes, Upper Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro
City, after having been sworn to an oath in accordance with law do hereby
depose and state that:

1. We are the registered owner/ partners of CHRIPOP GUNS AND

AMMO CO., a partnership duly registered with the Securities and
Exchange Commission, doing business under the trade name 007 GUN
STORE located at Lapasan Highway, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City
under Business Permit Certificate number 2021-25517;

2. Sometime in June 2021, we had a misunderstanding regarding the

conduct of the partnership business, and we came up with an
agreement to dissolve CHRIPOP GUNS AND AMMO CO. for our mutual
benefit;

3. We have decided to discontinue the business operation to avert from

further losses, costs, expenses, and charges due to the above-
mentioned misunderstandings between the partners;

4. We hereby surrender the business registration certificate of the said

business issued to us by the Local Government of Cagayan de Oro;

5. We are executing this affidavit for the purpose of attesting to the truth
of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
