INGREDIENTS METHOD
800ml vegetable stock • In a large heavy pot add all ingredients
except the Perfect Italiano™ Parmesan.
250g linguine pasta
• Bring to the boil, then begin tossing

Italian Braised
One Pot Chicken
INGREDIENTS METHOD
4 chicken breast • Season chicken, add to a hot
oven-proof pan with olive oil and

Chicken & Mushroom Baked Risotto

INGREDIENTS METHOD
1 tbsp olive oil • Pre heat oven to 180°C.
50g Western Star™ butter • Heat oil and butter in a large oven
proof pot over a high heat, then
